Responsibilities:

  1. Promotional Activity:
    • Develop and update the college prospectus annually.
    • Formulate advertisement policies and guidelines to streamline marketing efforts.
    • Leverage various media platforms to promote college programs and announcements.
  2. Orientation:
    • Organize comprehensive orientation programs for new students.
    • Update and communicate the college’s rules, regulations, and academic guidelines during orientation.
  3. Admission:
    • Establish clear enrollment policies to ensure a fair admission process for both national and international students.
    • Set and meet admission targets according to University guidelines and available resources.
    • Engage in outreach through school visits and information sessions to attract prospective students.
  4. Scholarship:
    • Develop and implement scholarship policies to support students from diverse backgrounds, focusing on merit, need, and special achievements.
    • Ensure transparency in the scholarship distribution process and publicly announce recipients.
  5. University Registration:
    • Manage the collection and processing of registration forms for newly admitted students.
    • Coordinate with the university regarding student registration and final examinations.
  6. Examination:
    • Formulate and enforce guidelines for internal examinations and monitor academic performance.
    • Organize and oversee the execution of all examination processes, ensuring results are published promptly.
  7. Administrative Duties:
    • Prepare and manage a five-year plan, including budget proposals.
    • Conduct regular meetings to ensure the smooth operation of all committee responsibilities.
    • Draft annual progress reports to be reviewed at the start of each academic year.

Five-Year Action Plan Overview:

  • Revision of Admission Policies: Ensuring that the policies remain relevant and effective in attracting a diverse student body.
  • Enhanced Admission Procedures and Campaigns: Using multiple media outlets to maintain robust student enrollment figures, with targeted outreach initiatives.
  • Annual Publication of the Student Prospectus: Keeping prospective and current students informed about academic programs and developments.
  • Orientation Programs: Detailed annual programs to acclimate new students to the academic and cultural environment of the college.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuous assessment of student performance through various stages of their academic journey, facilitating timely interventions where necessary.

Budget and Resource Allocation: Detailed budgets have been outlined for specific tasks over the next five years, ensuring that all activities are well-funded and supported by the college management and other relevant bodies.
